Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel an order, please contact us at thelilacboat@gmail.com with your order details.
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they are already being processed.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for returned parcels due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other delivery issues.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at thelilacboat@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
